HackerTV and HackerTube inspired me to explore another corner of HN recommendations: places worth visiting and typefaces people enjoy using.

I built: https://hacker.living - a map and font collections with links back to the original comment.

I built this entirely using Codex, including the entire data pipeline and workers: extraction, transformation, and recommendations capture.

It's still an early stage preview, so some details need verification. Thanks for the inspiration!

What's the purpose of grouping places and fonts into one website?

It'd also be nice to preview the font on each of the cards themselves. At the very least, it'd be nice to have a link to somewhere to view the font

Fonts were added in the last minute, I'll add the link for the fonts as well. That's a good suggestion.
