With release 26.10, everyone runs the same pfSense software.
Nice.

    The air-gapped installer is back
Nice++. The online-only install felt like encrapification and it caused some inconvenience for me; I had to keep a wireless bridge client handy to get bare-metal installs done.

I've been with pfSense since 1.2 - before I was with monowall and IPFire. Although I'm always happy with pfSense, I might have strayed if it weren't for pfBlocker (Tom) then pfBlockerNG (BBCan).
