PHP 5.6.12 Still Vulnerable?

I wish more people were talking about this and we had some insight into it. I'm not going to be putting anything back online until this is at least acknowledged.

Must we market every single vulnerability? The php2shell page has a comic book back story and silly anime girl dancing video.

This one has ... some naked adult pretending to be a pet?!
