They won't stop, that's literally why they're confirming them

Were there any nominees that acknowledged that the election was lawful?

Perhaps more revealing would be this: how many nominees weren't nominated at all because they didn't deny the election? The world may never know.

Your point makes me wonder: If you're a candidate who still believes in the rule of law and hates the regime currently occupying the government, wouldn't you also just be evasive when asked about your loyalty to the 2020 lie? Just keep your mouth shut until you get to that bench, and then return to being a just interpreter of the law...

That was basically my point. The choice probably was already made by the nomination, and the senate had no way to demonstrate that they would confirm for other reasons as well.

But how will they steal the next election without them?

So, will there be a purge of these sycophantic judges if "law and order" returns (big if)?

If by miracle Democrats return to power, they might get around to asking these judges and they'll enthusiastically say "Of course Biden won 2020! Can I get my paycheck now?"...

I don't have the time to look up the exact processes, but certain levels are replaced with every presidential cycle - so there's no question that there will be some change assuming they get power.
