More compelling perhaps are “phone-neck” type of studies.

Chronically kinking hoses or cabling is a bad idea for its short and long term flow.

reminds me of the audiobook "12 rules for life" by jordan peterson.

Rule #1 "fix your posture" had a lot to say about this.
