Apple collects every tap to deliver App Store personalized recommendations

I ignore any AppStore info that I haven't requested.

And search and sort algos always produce useless results, with the app I am searching for many pages down.

It's pretty awful and analytics and/or AI can't rescue it.

"Targeting" is horrifically bad, as promoted games and other crap flood the main page and others.

It's as I say: If advertising is targeted, it's a brutal invasion of my privacy. It it isn't targeted, it's useless nonsense.
