He isn't in charge to make the decision to pursue any sort of legal issue.
Again, IIRC, Kyle Hill told Alan Pan on the Safety Third podcast that the situation where Alan purchased (legitimately) the expired Mythbusters apparel trademark and made "Official" mythbusters T-Shirts made Jamie upset. Which sucks because I thought it was hilarious and something that he would have respected the spirit of. Alan had also sold a plush walrus with a specific hat, glasses, and mustache.

Superfluous negation, extraneous em-dash, badly-formatted bulleted lists, leaky Markdown, non-contextual comparisons, handwaving-dismissal of stated concerns, and a tendency for grandiose phrasing in absolutes where a bit of somewhat-indeterminate simplicity would be a better fit.
